Petit Loup Academy is led by Robert Maxey, a passionate visionary with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the top-ranked program at UW–Madison. Having immersed himself in extensive research, reviewing hundreds of scholarly articles and dedicating over 16,000 hours to community service, Robert designed Petit Loup Academy to embody the very best of modern educational practice. His commitment to servant leadership ensures that every teacher, staff member, and child is supported in reaching their highest potential.

Maîtresse Jenna evokes a sense of excitement and deep respect from educators and families who understand the transformative nature of her teaching. She stands at the very pinnacle of French-immersion education. Over the past twelve years, she has cultivated a reputation that is nothing short of amazing. Her students emerge fluent in French, but also enriched by her profound expertise in child psychology. This unmatched blend of academic rigor and empathetic support has elevated Maîtresse Jenna to be synonymous with world-class teaching. This reputation sparks joy the moment fellow educators realize a child comes from her class.
Her passion for Francophone culture was ignited during her transformative years in Dijon and Paris. She returns to France each summer with her family to reconnect. Maîtresse Jenna has been a tutor for children in both individual and small-group settings and has successfully guided children from ages 1 year old to 10 years old. This is a testament to her excellent ability to tailor instruction to each child’s developmental needs. She holds a director certification and a degree in Education and Learning Science, underscoring her commitment to ongoing professional excellence. Yet beyond her impressive credentials and accolades, Maîtresse Jenna’s true superpower lies in her capacity to inspire her students toward a lifetime of learning.
She infuses every moment of her life with the same wholehearted passion she brings to her teaching, whether swimming, reading, or traveling the globe with her fiancé and son. Tsiky brings an extraordinary blend of global insight, educational leadership, and artistic innovation to Petit Loup Academy. A graduate in Linguistics, she has honed her expertise through distinguished service at both the United Nations and the Peace Corps, cultivating a profound understanding of cross-cultural communication and community-building. With over 10 years of experience in education and management, Tsiky draws inspiration from the lauded Finnish school system, integrating a forward-thinking, student-centered approach that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social responsibility.
Beyond her accomplishments in education, Tsiky has gained recognition in the art community for her unique Malagasy pieces, a vibrant testament to her cultural heritage and unwavering commitment to global awareness.
